Metal Fabrication - Experience in MIG and TIG welding, shearing, cutting, tap and die, milling, machinery maintenance.

Foundry - Experience in casting Iron, copper, bronze, aluminum, pattern-making (wood + wax), sand casting (green + bonded, flasks, two part, multi-part, keys, pour cups, sprues, gates, runners and vents), lost wax casting (ceramic shell, pour cups, sprues, gates, runners, vents and burnout), divestment, chasing, surfacing, patina.

Digital Fabrication - Extensive Experience in creating CAD models and drawings (Rhinoceros and Fusion360), programming tool-paths and operating CNC routers, CNC Waterjet, and CNC laser cutters, CNC Machinery Maintenance.

Teaching + Instruction - Experience in generating curriculum and teaching all woodworking processes and CAD/CAM processes, safety courses + ensuring safety standards, ability to generate excitement and passion in students.

Computer + CAD - Extensive experience with CAD: Fusion 360, Rhinoceros, Solidworks. Able to create models, renders and shop drawings. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premier, Microsoft office including Excel, Quickbooks.

Business + Management - Owns and operates a small business that works closely with clients to provide heirloom quality furniture for a wide range of prolific commercial and residential clients. Quotation/bidding, client interfacing, customer service, invoicing, accounting, marketing, sales, material acquisition, scheduling, management, quality control and the deliverable of high quality finished goods.
